1. Agreement
By creating an account or using BisPlanner you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Plans, trials and payment
New businesses start on a free plan for a trial period shown in the app. Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose and renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Features available to you depend on your current plan and are enforced by the service. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use BisPlanner to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malicious code, attempt to access data belonging to other businesses, probe or overload the service, or resell it without our written permission.
5. Your content
Your business data remains yours. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and display it so we can deliver the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to upload the data you enter, including employee and client information.
6. Not professional advice
Plans, forecasts, tax and payroll estimates, AI-generated narrative and reports are tools to support your own judgement. They are not accounting, legal, tax or investment advice. Verify figures with a qualified professional before relying on them for filings, funding or contracts.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or indirect losses. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
9. Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if required by law. On closure you can export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.
